Активация функции считывания кодов ошибок ЭСУД без приборов - при помощи индикатора ECU

У нас на табло есть лампа ECU вот по количеству вспышек этого индикатора мы можем определить код ошибки.
Чтобы индикатор переключился в режим индикации ошибки ЭСУД надо сделать следующее.
1. Не включая зажигания нажать педаль тормоза до загорания стопсигналов.
2. Не отпуская педаль тормоза отжать до пола педаль ГАЗа
3. Повернуть ключ зажигания до включения индикации приборов ( но не заводить двигатель)
4. Лампа ECU Сначала погаснет.
Затем начнёт быстро вспыхивать.
Внимательно считайте количество вспышек.
Всего будет четыре последовательности вспышек с перерывами в одну секунду между собой.
После считывания ошибок ECU гаснет и загорается только после отпускания одной из педалей или обеих педалей.
Каждая последовательность вспышек соответствует одной цифре.
десять вспышек за одну последовательность соответствует цифре "НОЛЬ"

Например :
Десять вспышек-Шесть вспышек-Десять вспышек- три вспышки
Соответствует коду ошибки 0603
Если ошибок более одной, то ECU будет вспыхивать по четыре пачки импульсов столько раз сколько ошибок.

Чтение кода:
1. Включить зажигание и дождаться окончания теста. Если в памяти ЭБУ есть ошибки, лампа EPC останется гореть. Если нет, она гаснет.
2. При помощи пинцета или проводка, замкнуть на OBDII коннекторе (находится под рулевой колонкой) контакты 5 и 7.

Например ошибка P0203 будет отображена так:
1. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)
2. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
3. Лампа EPC моргнет 2 раза(Цифра 2)
4. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
5. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)

8. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)

Сброс ошибки (кодов ошибок) делается так:
1. Вынимаем ключ из замка зажигания
2. Открываем капот
3. Снимаем минусовую клемму аккумулятора
4. По нормальной схеме ждем 20 секунд, если мучает паранойя, то 20мин (а кто-то оставлял даже на ночь)
5. Ставим клемму на место
6. Включаем зажигание. Лампочка EPC после теста должна гаснуть.
Если не погасла, в памяти ЭБУ зафиксирована постоянная ошибка (например недостоверный сигнал с датчика тепературы ОЖ). Ее можно прочитать способом описанным выше.

Еще раз напомню для тех, кто любит после того как заглох не отключив зажигание заводить машину. ЭБУ фиксирует ошибку P1612.
Ошибка эта означает не "Ошибка сброса ЭБУ" как пишут бортовые компьютеры, а "Challenge request error" (Ошибка запроса ключа). Она означает то, что иммобилайзер не смог считать метку ключа, так как он ее читает только в момент включения зажигания.

Вылезла такая же ошибка, после замены ремня ГРМ. Больше никаких. И то, даже чек не горел, машина ехала, как обычно. Т.е. без изменений, обороты набираладо отсечки. В общем, была ошибка при установке ремня на зуб или пару, на следующий день пересобрали, выставили заново все, и она ушла. Может она у тебя появилась тоже после установки ГРМ, просто ты не замечал, т.к. чек не появлялся, только EPC не гасла до заводки.

Эта ошибка вылазит при смещении ГРМ на 1 зуб. Часто бывает при не внимательной замене ремня. Было тоже такое 1 раз, хотя внешне двигатель ведёт себя вполне "прилично".

ДПКВ был уставший и сначала была ошибка 0321, как я писал ранее я его заменил и к тому же, года четыре назад, мне один умный слесарь тоже напутал с "метками" хотя я ему пытался обьяснить как правильно установить ГРМ на форе, даже распечатал описание процеса (есть такие-"кого ты лечишь, я стоко моторов перебрал...") так вот, тогда машина не "тянула" ,месяц назад, после того как мне собрали ГБЦ и я поездил, мне не понравился звук роликов, в итоге поменяли большой обводной в ГРМе, хотя ролик был новый из шапки ina, вот видать тогда и напутали, короче сегодня-завтра буду смотреть, ещё раз спасибо за наводку. яков12 загляни в л.с.

да, действительно, так у меня и было, прошу прощения, если я кого то обидел своими сомнениями по этому поводу, просто был опыт, когда автослесарь ошибался с установкой грм и в тот раз, мотор "не тянул", в выходные сам всё перепроверил и переделал, ещё раз спасибо за советы, ошибка ушла и больше не появляется.

Задергалась машина, перестала тянуть. Код ошибки 0340 Неисправность в цепи датчика положения распредвала. Поставил новый датчик, проблема осталась та же самая. У датчика три контакта. Первый 12в, второй сигнал, третий масса. Вопрос, как прозвонить второй контакт, он идет на ЭБУ? если да, то на какой именно контакт ЭБУ?

Да, сбрасывал. После первого запуска двигателя на новом датчике появляется снова. На какой контакт ЭБУ приходит провод с датчика положения распредвала?

Спасибо. можешь дать ссылку на цветную схему? Я тоже нашел какую то схему, вроде 79 пин, а желтым цветом 72 контакт я так понимаю +12в подается на датчик?

А по схеме вообще хз что это за датчик, плюс у них идет общий как и минус с EMS Relay и SB1 30A предохранитель. Подозреваю что это либо разные модификации блоков с разной распиновкой, либо датчик на выпускном валу (которого у меня нет, только на впуске), и бывает ли незнаю..

Прозвонил 79 пин, все нормально, звонится на второй контакт датчика. Терперь начну заниматься проверкой соотношения коленвала с распредвалами. Если и там норм, то завтра буду брать у друга ЭБУ с его машины на проверку.
На наших машинах, если ставишь ЭБУ с другой такой же машины, проблем не возникает?

Это обязательно, первый симптом это двигатель не набирает обороты больше 3т.

Проще осциллографом посмотреть выходной сигнал потому что

Вчера уже времени не было, но по быстрому выкрутив свечи и сняв клапанную крышку, включил 5 скорость и колесом на домкрате выставил поршня в один уровень по палочке через свечные колодцы. Увидел что прорези на обоих распредвалах не горизонтально, как положено, а под углом к плоскости гбц, при чем оба одинаково. Из этого делаю вывод, что перескочил ремень и именно на шестерне коленвала. Сейчас пойду снимать верхнюю боковую крышку грм, наверно или раскис ремень или накрылся натяжной ролик.
