Активация функции считывания кодов ошибок ЭСУД без приборов - при помощи индикатора ECU

У нас на табло есть лампа ECU вот по количеству вспышек этого индикатора мы можем определить код ошибки.
Чтобы индикатор переключился в режим индикации ошибки ЭСУД надо сделать следующее.
1. Не включая зажигания нажать педаль тормоза до загорания стопсигналов.
2. Не отпуская педаль тормоза отжать до пола педаль ГАЗа
3. Повернуть ключ зажигания до включения индикации приборов ( но не заводить двигатель)
4. Лампа ECU Сначала погаснет.
Затем начнёт быстро вспыхивать.
Внимательно считайте количество вспышек.
Всего будет четыре последовательности вспышек с перерывами в одну секунду между собой.
После считывания ошибок ECU гаснет и загорается только после отпускания одной из педалей или обеих педалей.
Каждая последовательность вспышек соответствует одной цифре.
десять вспышек за одну последовательность соответствует цифре "НОЛЬ"

Например :
Десять вспышек-Шесть вспышек-Десять вспышек- три вспышки
Соответствует коду ошибки 0603
Если ошибок более одной, то ECU будет вспыхивать по четыре пачки импульсов столько раз сколько ошибок.

Чтение кода:
1. Включить зажигание и дождаться окончания теста. Если в памяти ЭБУ есть ошибки, лампа EPC останется гореть. Если нет, она гаснет.
2. При помощи пинцета или проводка, замкнуть на OBDII коннекторе (находится под рулевой колонкой) контакты 5 и 7.

Например ошибка P0203 будет отображена так:
1. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)
2. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
3. Лампа EPC моргнет 2 раза(Цифра 2)
4. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
5. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)

8. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)

Сброс ошибки (кодов ошибок) делается так:
1. Вынимаем ключ из замка зажигания
2. Открываем капот
3. Снимаем минусовую клемму аккумулятора
4. По нормальной схеме ждем 20 секунд, если мучает паранойя, то 20мин (а кто-то оставлял даже на ночь)
5. Ставим клемму на место
6. Включаем зажигание. Лампочка EPC после теста должна гаснуть.
Если не погасла, в памяти ЭБУ зафиксирована постоянная ошибка (например недостоверный сигнал с датчика тепературы ОЖ). Ее можно прочитать способом описанным выше.

Еще раз напомню для тех, кто любит после того как заглох не отключив зажигание заводить машину. ЭБУ фиксирует ошибку P1612.
Ошибка эта означает не "Ошибка сброса ЭБУ" как пишут бортовые компьютеры, а "Challenge request error" (Ошибка запроса ключа). Она означает то, что иммобилайзер не смог считать метку ключа, так как он ее читает только в момент включения зажигания.

Думается мне, что эта самая релюшка начала "залипать" или просто плохо контачить внутри. Советую поменять, может, получится избавиться от демонов под капотом.

всем привет. Кто-нибудь пользовался для диагностики фор прогой DiagnozNK? говорят через неё все блоки читаются на форе, пол дня мучился так не с чем и не связался, там на ECU надо какие-то команды посылать, я с ним и на пушту и по фене и в конце по матери ни черта он меня не понял. Может кто знает куда и каие команды надо посылать.

Форумчане прошу помощи, периодически выскакивает ошибка P0501 Неправильный показатель / не отрегулирован датчик скорости.
Вопрос в чем:менять датчик или проблема в проводке? Проблема возникает периодически.

прежде чем менять датчик, проверь провода на разъеме, у меня окислились и обломились, пришлось менять разъем.
делал как раз в выходные, прозванивал каждый провод т.к. провода отвалились полностью от разъема.

хз, с новым датчиком прошелся по рынку и подобрали за 70рэ, похож на разъем Датчика Коленвала.

На заметку! Если вы сели в машину,а она отказалась завестись, вы начинаете прислушиваться к работе бензонасоса,а он гадёнышь молчит.
Далее Вы сканируете(при наличии) коды ошибок и вылезает ошибка Р0504(в шапке и документации её нет) значит у вас не горят стоп сигналы,но центральный работает. Вобщем из-за этой петрушки мозги отключают бензонасос.На днях с этим столкнулся пошевелил лампочки и скинул ошибку и она завелась.

Привет, братцы.
Недавно на мультике выскочила ошибка "P2187","System Too Lean at Idle". С помощью Гугл-переводчика, как я понял, это означает "бедная смесь на холостом ходу"???

Ошибку я сбрасывал, но она периодически настойчиво появляется снова, когда ДВС сбрасывает обороты именно на ХХ (со средних или высоких значений).

И еще появились такие симптомы, каких раньше у меня не было:

1. При старте ДВС (на холодную или горячую) он стал выше поднимать обороты (до 2000) и понижать их медленнее, чем было (около 3 сек до 1000).

2. Когда отпускаю педаль акселератора, еду накатом с небольшой скоростью и даже когда останавливаюсь, обороты ДВС держатся выше 1000, и только секунд через 10 после полной остановки обороты ДВС опускаются ниже 1000.

3. Когда все-таки обороты опускаются до ХХ ("на глаз" около 800) ИНОГДА (не всегда) слышна неровная работа ДВС, с заметными подергиваниями. Такого раньше не было.

4. (может, к делу не относится) В городском режиме (у нас уже до 25 тепла), когда охлаждение ДВС происходит только благодаря карлсонам, при ТОЖ 94-97 на ХХ иногда начинает мигать лампочка давления масла. Когда ТОЖ ниже 94, такого не происходит. Не мигает она при любой ТОЖ в движении даже на малых оборотах. (Масло Mobil Ultra 10W40, менял в октябре 2015, проехал на нем только 5000, к слову, купил, почему-то, из бочки разливное, а не фасованное в канистре TyChe , но в проверенном магазине, где покупал всегда).

Ну вот, вроде все симптомы описал. Теперь буду ждать от знатоков консилиума, диагноза и методов лечения. Спасибо!

Проверь подсос воздуха после ДМРВ. Сам ДРМВ. Трещина в коллекторе, прокладке. Обеднённая смесь, возможно датчик даёт одни показания, а при подсосе со стороны воздуха поступает больше, поэтому смесь обедняется.

Да, забыл упомянуть, что лампа ЕРС не загоралась, а загорался именно "чек".

Динамика при движении не изменилась: не душится, не тупит, не "тормозит". Рвет, "как молодая", на обгонах на 5-й ускоряется за милую душу. ДМРВ BOSCH 0 280 218 116, менял в ноябре 2013, отходил уже 33 тыс. С тех пор в последний раз туда лазил, когда менял возд. фильтр (5000 км назад).

Правильно. Когда открывается воздушная заслонка, мозги увеличивают и подачу топлива, и подсос как бы не заметен. Тоесть основная масса воздуха идёт через открытую заслонку. Но на холостых, когда воздух поступает через маленькую щёлочку заслонки и количество топливоподачи минимально, каждая посторонняя "щель", т.е. подсос, скажется на обеднении смеси.
