Активация функции считывания кодов ошибок ЭСУД без приборов - при помощи индикатора ECU

У нас на табло есть лампа ECU вот по количеству вспышек этого индикатора мы можем определить код ошибки.
Чтобы индикатор переключился в режим индикации ошибки ЭСУД надо сделать следующее.
1. Не включая зажигания нажать педаль тормоза до загорания стопсигналов.
2. Не отпуская педаль тормоза отжать до пола педаль ГАЗа
3. Повернуть ключ зажигания до включения индикации приборов ( но не заводить двигатель)
4. Лампа ECU Сначала погаснет.
Затем начнёт быстро вспыхивать.
Внимательно считайте количество вспышек.
Всего будет четыре последовательности вспышек с перерывами в одну секунду между собой.
После считывания ошибок ECU гаснет и загорается только после отпускания одной из педалей или обеих педалей.
Каждая последовательность вспышек соответствует одной цифре.
десять вспышек за одну последовательность соответствует цифре "НОЛЬ"

Например :
Десять вспышек-Шесть вспышек-Десять вспышек- три вспышки
Соответствует коду ошибки 0603
Если ошибок более одной, то ECU будет вспыхивать по четыре пачки импульсов столько раз сколько ошибок.

Чтение кода:
1. Включить зажигание и дождаться окончания теста. Если в памяти ЭБУ есть ошибки, лампа EPC останется гореть. Если нет, она гаснет.
2. При помощи пинцета или проводка, замкнуть на OBDII коннекторе (находится под рулевой колонкой) контакты 5 и 7.

Например ошибка P0203 будет отображена так:
1. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)
2. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
3. Лампа EPC моргнет 2 раза(Цифра 2)
4. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)
5. Лампа EPC моргнет 10 раз (Цифра 0)

8. Лампа EPC погаснет (пауза между цифрами)

Сброс ошибки (кодов ошибок) делается так:
1. Вынимаем ключ из замка зажигания
2. Открываем капот
3. Снимаем минусовую клемму аккумулятора
4. По нормальной схеме ждем 20 секунд, если мучает паранойя, то 20мин (а кто-то оставлял даже на ночь)
5. Ставим клемму на место
6. Включаем зажигание. Лампочка EPC после теста должна гаснуть.
Если не погасла, в памяти ЭБУ зафиксирована постоянная ошибка (например недостоверный сигнал с датчика тепературы ОЖ). Ее можно прочитать способом описанным выше.

Еще раз напомню для тех, кто любит после того как заглох не отключив зажигание заводить машину. ЭБУ фиксирует ошибку P1612.
Ошибка эта означает не "Ошибка сброса ЭБУ" как пишут бортовые компьютеры, а "Challenge request error" (Ошибка запроса ключа). Она означает то, что иммобилайзер не смог считать метку ключа, так как он ее читает только в момент включения зажигания.

Кто подскажет? Дроссель открывается полностью, а мозги видят 86%. Mdaa Выскакивает ошибка бедная смесь выше холостых. Фора 2 л. Кто знает параметры на пинах дросселя при нажатой и не нажатой в пол педали газа. И вообще нужно описание полной проверки с помощью мультиметра.

Дроссель к холостому ходу не имеет ни какого отношения,он отвечает вообще за общий газ а составом смеси заведует не дроссель.
На состав влияют,подсосы неучтённого воздуха,показания 1 ДК,ДМРВ.

Не нужно оно тебе,дроссель накрывается чрезвычайно редко да и является просто исполнительным механизмом,двигатель двигает заслонку и заодно двигает бегунок реостата который и показывает на сколько дроссель открыт.

Понял почему так. Холостой 14%. И это для мозгов точка отсчёта. Условный ноль. Итого 14+86=100. Спасибо Яков за ответ. На 2 л Форе, холостой ход регулируется ЭБУ через дроссель. Я подозревал износ дорожек реостата. Very Happy А вообще для общего развития, кто знает алгоритм и данные по полноценной проверке пинов дроссельной заслонки мог бы выложить в FAQ. Будет полезно, так как по ДМРВ и ДТ уже на форуме есть и это облегчает диагностику.

Приветствую. Блин, Выскочила ошибка р0318 связана с датчиком неровной дороги. Горит (!) знак. Иногда проподает. Уровень тормозной жидкости по максимуму. Подскажите, где находится этот датчик на форе, кто знает.Про датчик детонации знаю. А про этот датчик кто знает, подскажите.

Спасибо. Сегодня смотрел, тоже где-то в интернете читал. В районе правой фары смотрел, не обнаружил. Завтра хорошенько посмотрю.

А точно на нашей машине этот датчик, неровности дороги имеется. Я обыскался, и решётку радиатора снимал. Бампер что-ли снимать?

Я не уверен. У меня подобных ошибок не вылазило ни разу, поэтому как то не задумывался.

привет всем, очередной раз хочу сказать о загадочной нашей электроники .Позавчера выехал из гаража пока закрывал ворота ДВС затроил и заглох начал заводить не в какую, выскочила ошибка р1614 (после замены З.З. на кнопку старт-стоп переодически выскакивала) мультитрониксом скинул ошибку,несколько раз пытался завести, схватывала и глохла обратил внимание, вроде бензонасос не слышно, но уже стемнело, благо от гаража не отехал, затолкал и пошёл схемы изучать На следующий день опять в гараж выявил, что Б.Н. действительно не работает, причина не подходит минус из мозгов до катушки реле б. н. прозвонил провод от реле до эбу целый все реле и пр-ли в блоке проверил, всё исправно в общем весь день промёз в гараже, исчерпал весь свой интеллект ,всех китайцев начиная от маодзыдуна проклял так неисправность и не нашёл, решил опробывать старый способ откл. аккумулятор, хотя в течение дня не однократно его откл. и эбу другой ставил, результат один нет минуса сЭБУ вобщем отключил и ушёл спать . На утро в полной безнадёги подсоединил АКБ вкл.зажигание и ...услышал долгожданный звук БН . вот что это, на что грешить, может элементарное совпадение и где-то контакт законтачил у меня по поводу этих контактов в провдке вообще сложилось мнение, что наряду с очередными заменами фильтров и масла, надо вписать в мануалы регулярно менять все фишки на проводке, только их ведь ни где не достать.

То что насос не работает после трёх поворотов ключа зажигания это давно всем известно. А вот то что затроило и заглохло, это надо смотреть.

Друзья приветствую! Проблема такая- хотел сделать самодиагностика скрепкой- замыкаю контакт 5 и 7 на разьеме- ничего не происходит, манипуляция педалями тоже результатов не даёт.... Что может быть?
